摘　　要：在对国内外有关社会资本与企业绩效相关文献总结的基础上,以社会资本纵向关系网络(Enterprise Vertical Network,EVN)、横向关系网络(Enterprise Horizontal Network,EHN)、社会关系网络(Enterprise Social Network,ESN)为自变量,以企业财务绩效总资产报酬率(ROA)为因变量,考虑控制变量的影响,选取我国建筑业上市企业2011～2015年的有关数据作为样本,运用SPSS、EVIEWS多元线性回归分析等方法,对社会资本和企业绩效之间的关系进行探究。研究表明,EHN与ROA呈正U型关系,ESN与ROA呈负向线性关系,对ROA的影响系数分别为0.022和-0.038,建议企业在注重自身发展的同时加强与其他企业的合作关系。This paper takes EVN, EHN and ESN as independent variables, ROA as dependent variable. The influence of control variables is considered, and the relationship between social capital and enterprise performance is explored by using the statistical data from2011to 2015 on the basis of literature review in the field of social capital and enterprise performance. Moreover, this study employs the software packages in SPSS and EVIEWS. The results show that the relationship between EVN and ROA is a normal U-shape, and ESN is negatively correlated with ROA. The impact coefficients are 0.022 and -0.038. In addition, it is suggested that enterprises should strengthen their cooperation with other enterprises and pay attention to their own development.
