摘 要:腐蚀和泥岩蠕变是套管损坏主要因素。基于腐蚀实验和泥岩蠕变分析对套管进行设计,提出了潍北油田腐蚀严重井口的治理方法;得出均匀腐蚀下和局部点腐蚀下套管设计方法;依据泥岩蠕变产生的非均匀应力及泥岩蠕变后的载荷对套管进行设计并得出注水井合理注水压力,为注水井长寿命低成本生产奠定了基础。Corrosion and mudstone creep are the main factors causing casing pipe damage. The casing pipe design was proceeded according to the analysis of corrosion experiment and mudstone creep, the treatment method being pointed out for the seriously corroded well in north Weifang oilfield; the casing pipe design method was provided under the condition of the uniform corrosion and local pitting corrosion; based on the non-uniform stress caused by the mudstone creep, the casing pipe design was conducted on fully considering the load concerned with the mudstone creep, and the reasonable injecting pressure of injection well was obtained. This work provides the basis for the injection well' s long life and low cost production.
