摘　　要：河北雄安新区的设立是一次重大的历史性战略选择，是深入推进京津冀协同发展的重大决策部署。雄安新区建设规划从2017年初开始到2027年基本建成。建设费用以万亿计，建设标准、建设投入、资金使用也必会采用最先进、最规范、最严格的考核和审计管理．必须吸取过去在项目建设过程中资金使用监管的经验和教训，对项目资金在使用过程中容易出现的问题预警，进而剖析解决问题的对策．增强专项资金的使用效率和效果，杜绝滋生腐败的土壤，切实让雄安新区的建设“经得起历史检验”。The establishment of Hebei Xiong an new area is a major historic strategic choice, and is a major decision to push forward the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjln and Hebei,The construction standard, the construction investment and the use of funds will also adopt the most advanced, the most standardized and the most strict examination and audit management.we must learn from the experience and lessons of the supervision of the use of funds in the process of project construction, early warning of the problems that are easy to occur during the use of project funds, and then analyze the countermeasures to solve the problems, enhance the efficiency and effect of the use of special funds, eliminate the soil of corruption and make it effective, The construction of the Xiongan new area can stand up to the historical test,
