摘 要:靶式流量计的静态特性如线性、灵敏性、重复性等受测量过程中的漩涡信号影响严重。为了解决这一问题,首先分析了传统靶式流量计计算模型的缺陷;接着利用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟仿真分析研究了影响靶式流量计漩涡信号的因素,并提出了漩涡中心总压和动压转化率两个设计参数;然后对圆形、半方形和方形3种不同结构的靶片在不同流速下的漩涡中心总压和动压转化率进行了分析对比;最后设计了标定实验并对不同结构靶片的靶式流量计重复性进行了标定。研究结果表明,减小漩涡中心总压可以提高靶式流量计的线性和重复性,增大动压转化率可以提高靶式流量计的灵敏度。The static characteristics of the target flowmeter, such as linearity, sensitivity and repeatability, are influenced seriously by the vortex signal in the measurement process. To solve this problem, the defects of the traditional target flowmeter model are firstly analyzed. Secondly, the factors affecting the whirlpool signal of the target flowmeter are studied by computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation analysis. Two design parameters of the vortex center total pressure and the dynamic pressure conversion rate are put forward. The circular target, square target and semi square structures are compared. To evaluate the proposed method, the calibration experiment of repeated metering performance is designed. Experimental results show that reducing the total pressure of vortex center can improve the linearity and repeatability of the target flowmeter, and the sensitivity of the target flowmeter can be increased by increasing the dynamic pressure conversion rate.
