摘　　要：安全可靠的管道输送系统是油气资源开采与输送的重要保证,油气管道维抢修技术越来越受到关注和重视。分析了维抢修技术关键技术点国内外标准的差异,并针对中俄东线天然气管道工程特点提出了科研以及标准制修订建议。Safe and reliable pipeline transportation system is an important guarantee for oil and gas resources exploitation and transportation. Oil and gas pipeline maintenance and rush repair technology has been paid more and more attention. The differences in the key technical points of the pipeline maintenance and emergency repair technologies in domestic and foreign standards are analyzed, and suggestions are put forward for scientific research and standard revision in accordance with the characteristics of China-Russia Eastern natural gas pipeline project.
