摘　　要：为消除船舶企业信息孤岛并提高效率,对船舶设计软件SPD 4.0进行二次开发。二次开发可以实现对船舶设计软件基础数据(原理、部件)读写,提高设计人员的效率;实现模型物量数据的提取和图形信息的提取,使设计软件输出的信息满足物资管理系统和套料软件的要求;实现舾装件板材的全套料,提高板材的利用率。研究表明目前船舶设计软件SPD 4.0的二次开发接口已比较完善,可以满足船厂的二次开发需求。In order to eliminate shipbuilding information islands and to improve efficiency,the secondary development on ship product design（SPD）software 4.0 is made.The base data（principle,components）is read and written to improve the efficiency of designers and object quantity,and drawing information are extracted from models to make the information output by SPD software to meet the requirements of material management system and nesting software.The full jacking on outfitting plates is achieved to improve the plate utilization.The secondary development interface of SPD 4.0 is relatively perfect,which can meet the secondary development needs of shipyards.
