摘　　要：针对船舶建造过程的装配焊接工艺情况,主要介绍使用新型插入式合龙工装后的焊接工艺。新型插入式合龙工装利用经典的杠杆原理,结合装配焊接工艺使船舶建造变得更有效、更经济。由于该合龙工装在国内外应用较少,结合当前国内几家船厂的使用情况,对应用合龙工装后的装配焊接工艺进行介绍。该工艺的成功应用将更有效地提高建造过程中装配焊接效率。Combined with the assembly and welding technology in the traditional shipbuilding process,the welding technology after using the new closure tooling is mainly introduced.Due to the less application of the closure tooling at home and abroad,the assembly and welding technology after the application of closure tooling combined with the use of several shipyards in China are introduced.The successful application of this technology will improve the efficiency of assembly welding during construction.
