摘  要:随着计算机控制技术的高速发展,运用喷漆机器人离线编程的方式规划喷枪运动轨迹进行喷漆作业已成为现实,而喷涂工艺参数的选择与漆膜厚度密切相关,喷漆成膜过程受喷枪本身参数及周围环境的影响较大。在六轴喷漆机器人与高压无气喷涂一体机系统集成的基础上,开展漆膜厚度与喷涂工艺的相关性研究,消除由经验和技术手法所带来的随机误差,实现既定漆膜厚度和漆膜涂层的稳定性,提高自动化喷涂工艺及劳动生产率。With the rapid development of computer control technology,taking use of spray robot offline programming to plan the gun path in spraying process becomes a reality.During the process,the choice of spraying technology parameters is closely related to the film thickness,and the film formation process is affected by the gun parameters and surrounding environment.In-depth research is conducted on the relativities between film thickness and technological parameters to eliminate the random error caused by experience and technique,to achieve the stability of film thickness and coating,and to improve the automatic spraying technology and labor productivity based on the system integration between painting robot and high-pressure airless spraying integrated machine.
