浙江地区献浆人群中总唾液酸水平的分析

摘　　要：目的分析浙江地区献浆人群中高唾液酸含量的血浆,为后期利用其做原料,筛选并制备高唾液酸含量的静脉注射人免疫球蛋白（intravenous immunoglobulin,IVIg）提供数据支撑。方法用酶法检测来自浙江磐安海康单采血浆站448份正常献浆者血浆中总唾液酸含量。结果 AB血型女性血浆中唾液酸水平（50. 75±7. 29 mg/dL）明显高于A型（47. 10±5. 96 mg/dL）（P〈0. 01）以及O型女性（47. 06±6. 48 mg/dL）（P〈0. 05）。但是,不同血型男性之间血浆唾液酸含量无明显差异。年龄对唾液酸含量有显著性影响：女性45岁以后,血浆中唾液酸含量会随年龄增大而升高（依次为46. 39±6. 27 mg/dL,47. 73±6. 15 mg/dL,49. 70±6. 82 mg/dL）,但是男性未表现这种趋势。结论浙江地区不同血型和年龄献浆员血浆中总唾液酸含量差异显著,血型和年龄对女性血浆中唾液酸含量影响较大。Objective To analyse the concentration of sialic-acid-rich plasma of plasma donors in the Zhejiang province,China,which is fully utilized later for the selection of raw materials and preparation of high-sialic-acid-content intravenous immunoglobulin.Methods Up to 448 normal donors were eligible for this study. Sialic acidwas measured by enzyme assay. Results Women with AB blood type exhibited higher sialic acid levels than women with A and O blood types（ 50. 75±7. 29 mg/dL versus 47. 10±5. 96 mg/dL versus 47. 06±6. 48 mg/dL,P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05,respectively）,while there were no differences between men between each blood type. The mean sialic acid levels showed significant increase with age in women aged ≥45 years（ 46. 39±6. 27 mg/dL,47. 73±6. 15 mg/dL,49. 70±6. 82 mg/dL,respectively）. However,no statistically significant changes were observed in sialic acid levels between men of different age groups. Conclusion The remarkable discrepancies of plasma total sialic acid levels were observed in plasma donors in the Zhejiang Province,China. ABO blood group and age showed different effects on plasma total sialic acid levels in females,which is,however,not the case for males.
