益气养阴解毒法治疗肿瘤相关性贫血

摘　　要：肿瘤相关性贫血(cancer-related anemia,CRA)是肿瘤患者常见的伴随疾病。CRA的治疗目前主要以西医治疗为主,包括输血及促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)治疗。西医治疗虽有疗效,但存在一定的不良反应,比如多次输血易引起过敏反应并存在病毒感染的风险,EPO治疗可能导致血栓等问题。笔者认为CRA的基本中医病因病机是脾肝肾亏虚、气血两亏,根据其基本病因病机,围绕"气虚则补、血虚则补、气病治血、血病治气"的治则,笔者认为其治疗当从健脾益气、滋养肝肾之阴及解毒化瘀3个角度入手。Cancer-related anemia（ CRA） is a common concomitant disease that occurs to cancer patients. Currently,the treatment of CRA is mainly based on western medicine,including blood transfusion and erythropoietin（ EPO） treatment. Although western medicine treatment has curative effect,there are certain adverse reactions. For example,multiple blood transfusions may cause allergic reactions and the risk of viral infection and EPO treatment may cause thrombosis and other problems. The author believes that the basic pathogenesis of CRA is the deficiency of Spleen,Liver and Kidney as well as the deficiency of Qi and Blood. According to its basic etiology and pathogenesis,focusing on the principles of ＂ qi deficiency being invigorated,blood deficiency being replenished,qi disease being treated with blood,and blood disease being treated with qi＂,the author believes that its treatment should start from three angles： invigorating spleen and benefiting qi,nourishing yin of liver and kidney,and detoxifying and removing blood stasis.
