中药复方治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析中药复方治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的用药规律。方法:收集整理中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库自建库以来中药复方治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少的相关文献,建立Excel数据库,应用SPSS 22. 0对中药进行频数统计,功效分类及聚类分析,并运用SPSS modeler 14. 1对数据进行关联规则分析。结果:治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的中药中,补虚药所占比例最大(68. 67%),其次为活血化瘀药(6. 75%),最常使用的前10位中药为黄芪、当归、白术、鸡血藤、女贞子、党参、甘草、茯苓、枸杞子和熟地黄,黄芪-当归是最常用的药对,黄芪-补骨脂为置信度最高的药对,黄芪-白术-当归为最常用的药组,黄芪-补骨脂-当归为置信度最高的药组,高频药物聚类分析共得8个聚类组,黄芪、白术、当归是治疗化疗后白细胞减少的核心中药。结论:中药复方治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症以扶正为主,祛邪为辅,益气养血、健脾补肾为基本治法。Objective： To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine compound in treatment of leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors by using data mining technology. Methods： Chinese journal full-text data and the Chinese biomedical literature data of Chinese medicine compound prescription in treatment of leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors since the establishment of the databases were collected and the excel database was established.SPSS 22. 0 was used for getting the frequency statistics,SPSS modeler 14. 1 was used in classification and clustering of traditional Chinese medicine as well as the analysis of the association rules of the data. Results： Among the traditional Chinese medicines for treating leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the proportion of tonifying medicine was the largest in proportion（ 68.67%）,followed by medicines removing Blood stasis and Phlegm（ 6. 75%）. The most commonly used top 10 Chinese medicines were Astragalus,Angelica,largehed atractylodes rhizom Spatholobus suberectus,Ligustrum lucidum,Codonopsis pilosula,Licorice,Poria cocos,Medlar,Rehmannia,and Astragalus-Angelica is the most commonly used drug pair. The most reliable drug pair is Jaundice-Psoralen,Astragalus-Atractylodes-Angelica is the most commonly used drug group. The drug group of Astragalus-BuguzhiAngelica is the most reliable drug group. High-frequency drug cluster analysis found a total of 8 cluster drug groups. Astragalus,Atractylodes,Angelica is the core Chinese medicine in treating for leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Conclusion： Chinese herbal compound prescription in treatment of malignant tumors after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,leukopenia is mainly functioning in strengthening Zheng Qi,being supplemented by dispelling Evil Qi. Supplementing Qi and nourishing blood as well as strengthening Spleen and Kidney is the basic treatment methods.
