摘　　要：阎兆君教授认为小儿惊风当从肾论治,在辨证论治小儿惊风时应抓住神志不清、肢体抽搐这两个主证,结合发病的经过、兼证,尤其要重视病因,审证求因。肾精亏虚者,治以固本培元,填精益髓,方选河车八味丸加减,药用紫河车、山萸肉、巴戟天、鹿茸、熟地黄、石菖蒲、益智仁等;肾阴亏虚者,治以滋阴补肾,方选六味地黄丸加减,药用生地黄、山萸肉、龟板、天冬等;心肾不交者,治以补肾育阴,清心安神,方选黄连清心饮合交泰丸加减,药用生地黄、熟地黄、黄连、肉桂、山萸肉、莲子心、炙甘草等;脾肾阳虚者,治以温补脾肾、安神定志,方选黑地黄丸合定志补心汤加减,药用熟地黄、巴戟天、山萸肉、干姜、石菖蒲、远志等;惊恐伤肾者,治以安神定志,益肾填精,方选桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减,药用桂枝、白芍、生龙骨、生牡蛎、杜仲、远志等。Prof. Zhao Zhaojun believes that pediatric febrile convulsion should be treated from perspective of Kidney. The two main syndromes of unconsciousness and limb convulsions should be focused on in syndrome differentiation and treatment,with combination of the pathogenesis and other syndromes,especially the former. In treating for Kidney Essence deficiency Syndrome,Guben Peiyuan and Tianjing Yisui should be done in treatment. The prescription of modified Heche Bawei Pills should be used. The drugs are Placenta hominis,Hawthorn meat,Basil,Pilose antler,Rehmannia,Acorus gramineus,educational benevolence,etc. As for the Kidney Yin deficiency Syndrome,Ziyin and Bushen should be achieved in treatment. The prescription should be modified Liuwei Dihuang Pills. The medicinal used are Rehmannia,Hawthorn meat,Turtle shell,asparagus,etc. For the case of Heart and Kidney disharmony Syndrome,Bushen and Yuyin method should be used to Qingxin Anshen. The prescription is modified Huanglian Qingyin Drink combined with Jiao Tai Pills. The medicinal are fresh Rehmannia,processed Rehmannia,Berberine,Cinnamon,Hawthorn meat,Lotus seeds,processed Licorice,etc. As for the Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency Syndrome,the treatment of warming Spleen and Kidney to Anshen and Dingzhi should be applied. The prescription is modified Heidihuang Pills combined with Dingzhi Buxin Decoction. The Medicinal are processed Rehmannia,Basil,Hawthorn,Dried Ginger,Acorus gramineus,Polygala tenuifolia,etc. For the Kidney injury due to fright,the treatment aimed at Anshen Dingzhi and Yishen Tianjing should be used. The prescription is modified Guizhi Decoction combined with Longgu Muli Decoction. The medicinal are Cassia twig,White peony,Raw keel,Raw oysters,Eucommia,Polygala and so on.
