摘　　要：秦月好对于卵巢储备功能下降所致不孕症的治疗有着独特见解和丰富的经验,认为本病的病机为肾精不足、脾气亏虚,治疗上多采用健脾益气养血,填精温肾暖宫的方法,特色在于脾肾同治,以补养子宫内膜、卵泡与促进排卵、改善子宫内环境相结合,擅长使用芳香药物促进排卵,以此创立促孕方,临床应用疗效显著。Qin Yuehao Chief Physician has unique insights and rich experience in treatment of infertility due to decreased ovarian reserve function in women. He believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of Kidney Essence and Spleen Qi deficiency. The methods of tonifying Spleen Qi and nourishing Blood ,filling the Essence ,warming Kidney and warming the uteru are usually used, which is characterized by the spontaneous treatment of Spleen and Kidney. The nourishing of endometrium and follicles, promoting ovulation and improving the uterus environment are combined in treatment. In addition, by using fragrant drugs to promote ovulation and by creating pregnancy promoting prescription, the clinical effects of the disease is more significant.
