摘　　要：目的探讨弱凝集在输血相容性检测室内质控中的意义。方法采用改变试验条件,模拟在试验过程中使用非标准的操作程序和模拟微柱卡质量问题、检测仪器失控等问题,对比弱凝集样品与目前使用的室内质控样品之间的差异。结果模拟试验条件改变时,存在弱凝集检测失效而室内质控标本检测正常的情况。结论弱阳性的室内质控标本对输血相容性室内质控具有重要意义,商品化的室内质控品中应加入弱阳性标本,有助于监控检测过程是否失控。To discuss the significance of weak agglutination used for the internal quality control of transfu-sion compatibility detection. Methods The differences between the weak agglutination samples and the current internal quality control samples were compared by changing various test condi- tions, including the simulations of non-standard operation proee- dure, micro-column cards quality issues and control module failure. Results In these changing conditions, the weak aggluti- nation detection failed to maintain their function while the internal quality control samples still maintained proper conditions. Conclusion Weak positive samples presented certain significance for the internal quality control of transfusion compatibility detection. It can be a promising new commercialized internal quality control product, helping to verify a valid experiment con- dition which could not be effectively confirmed by the standard quality control samples.
