摘　　要：目的探讨血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)水平与右心衰竭的相关性。方法回顾性分析154例连续的右心衰竭住院患者,利用多因素Logistic回归模型分析PTH与右心衰竭的是否独立相关,以偏相关分析判断PTH与右心功能参数的相关性。结果右心衰竭组血清PTH水平明显高于正常对照组,血清PTH水平是右心衰竭的预测因子(OR=1. 066,95%CI:1. 030-1. 102),血清PTH水平与N末端脑钠尿肽前体、右心室舒张期内径、三尖瓣反流量及下肢水肿程度相关(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论血清PTH水平与右心衰竭有一定的相关性。AIM To evaluate correlation between serum parathyroid hormone （PTH） and chronic right heart failure （HF）. METHODS A total of 154 consecutive patients with chronic right HF were enrolled in this investigation. A multiple logistic regression model was used to analyze whether PTH levels were independently related to chronic right heart HF and partial correlation analysis was conducted to demonstrate the relevance of PTH levels and right heart function parameters. RESULTS The levels of serum PTH in right HF group were statistically higher than those in the control group. After adjustment for predictors of right HF, serum PTH levels were associated with an odds ratio of 1.066 for right HF （95 % CI 1.030-1.102, P = 0.000）. Serum PTH levels had correlation with plasma N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide levels, right ventricular end-diastolic diameter, tricuspid valve reverse flow and edema degree of lower limbs （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. CONCLUSION The serum level of PTH has correlation with fight HF.
