摘 要:为分析某输弹机开式链传动机构在工作过程中的运动学精度和动力学特性,描述了滚轮与链轮齿槽之间的几何关系和接触模式以及链节之间的接触。针对不同的接触位置和接触模式分别建立了法向接触力模型和平面接触力模型,建立了某输弹机开式链传动机构多刚体动力学模型。分析了不同滚轮与链轮齿槽之间的接触特性,讨论了滚轮与链轮齿槽之间间隙变化对系统运动学精度及动力学特性的影响。研究结果表明:滚轮与链轮齿槽之间间隙的存在及大小变化对某输弹机开式链传动机构动力学特性具有很大影响,在工程实际中需要合理控制间隙。In order to analyze the kinematic accuracy and dynamic characteristics of open chain drive transmission for a ramming mechanism, the geometrical relationship and contact modes of roller and sprocket as well as the contact between chain links are described in detail, and then the nomlal contact force model and the plane contact force model are established for dirt)rent contact modes. An accurate dynamic model of open chain drive transmission mechanism is established. The characteristics of contact between roller and sprocket are analyzed, and the effect of the change in clearance between roller and sprocket on kinematic accuracy and the dynamic characteristics is discussed. The results show that the clearance between roller and sprocket has great inffluence on the dynamic characteristics of open chain drive transmission mechanism of the ramming mechanism. The clearance between roller and sprocket should be controlled in reason during the engineering.
