摘  要:变电站的布点是配电网规划的重要环节。传统的供电设计单位专家会审的变电站规划方法已经不能满足当前复杂的配电网系统和长远的负荷发展需求。建立了以变电站规划年最小费用为目标,结合地理信息,采用改进帝国竞争算法,得到变电站的最优布点,使其既经济又贴合实际。算例结果表明,该方法很好地满足了大规模配网中变电站规划的需求。The layout of substation sites is an important part of distribution network planning. The traditional substation planning method based on power supply design unit expert joint checkup cannot satisfy the current complex distribution system and the long- term load development demand. This paper takes the minimum cost for the substation in the planning years as the object function, and gets the optimal substation sites by using improved imperialist competitive algorithm combining with geographic information, making it economically feasible. The results of calculation show that the method satisfies the demand of large-scale distribution substation planning.
