摘  要:产能管理是气田开发的核心内容,直接关系气田产能建设部署、产量安排及气井治理对策制定。鄂尔多斯盆地气区供气任务繁重,面对储集层复杂多样、气井生产特征差异大、井数多的现状,针对常用的产能评价、产能分类、气井管理方法在精准性和时效性上难以满足需求的难点,在气井生产方式、开发阶段、生产特征研究基础上,建立了不同类型气井产能评价方法,追踪评价气井产能及变化特征,进而对气井产能进行矩阵分类,通过定量描述每类气井生产特征及开发矛盾制定相应管理方案。结果表明,建立并实施系统化、流程化气井产能管理标准,使气井精细管理水平及其时效性得到大幅提升,有效支撑了气田产能建设及开发部署,推动了气田绿色可持续发展。Productivity management is the core of gas field development,which is directly related to the construction and deployment of gas field productivity,the production arrangement and the formulation of gas well management countermeasures.Gas supply tasks are heavy in Ordos Basin.Facing the complicated and diverse reservoirs,the production characteristics of gas wells vary greatly and the number of wells is large,aiming at the difficulties of common productivity evaluation,productivity classification and gas well management methods which are difficult to meet the requirements of accuracy and timeliness,the productivity evaluation methods of different types of gas wells are established to track and evaluate the productivity and variation characteristics of gas wells on the basis of gas well production mode,development stage and production characteristics.And then the productivity of gas well is classified by matrix.The corresponding management plan is formulated by quantitatively describing the production characteristics and development contradictions of each type of gas well.The results show that the establishment and implementation of productivity management standards of gas wells with systematization and process can greatly improve the level of fine management and efficiency of gas wells.It effectively supports the production capacity construction and development deployment of gas field,and promotes environment protection and sustainable development of gas field.
