基于专业认知的学术期刊编辑工作改善路径

摘　　要：编辑的专业认知能力对提升学术期刊的办刊质量具有举足轻重的作用。论文针对我国学术期刊办刊现状,简析认知局限对编辑工作的影响,提出适当增加编辑掌握的语言种类,合理配置编辑的专业方向和种类,适时更新审稿专家库,鼓励编辑参加高层次学术交流,维持编辑队伍的相对稳定,熟练运用互联网和多媒体传播技术,在与审稿专家、作者、读者的沟通交流中学习、提高等,以提升和拓展编辑专业认知能力、扩大认知覆盖域、紧跟专业发展步伐,最终实现认知局限突破的有效路径。The professional cognitive ability of editors plays an important role in improving the quality of academic journals. In view of the current situation of publishing academic journals in our country, this paper analyzes the influence of cognitive limitations on the publishing work, and brings forward that these,including appropriately increasing the types of languages mastered by editors, reasonably allocating editor＇s professional direction and type, updating the reviewer database timely, encouraging editors to participate in high-level academic exchange, maintaining the relative stability of the editorial team, perfectly using internet and multimedia communication technology, and doing learning and improvement in communication with reviewers, authors and readers, belong to the contents of ＂editor＋＂, and are the effective ways to promote and expand editors＇ professional cognitive ability, expand the cognitive coverage domain, keep up with the pace of professional development, and break professional cognitive limitation finally.
