摘  要:新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(persistent pulmonaryhypertension of the new-born,PPHN)是新生儿期的危重症之一,其诊断、治疗以及护理一直是临床面临的重大难题。1992年Kinsella首次成功应用外源性吸入一氧化氮(inhaled nitric oxide,iNO)治疗PPHN,开启了治疗PPHN的新方法、新思路。近年来,研究发现,iNO疗法联合非特异性血管扩张药物可显著提高PPHN的治疗效果,能有效改善患儿血气指标及肺动脉高压体征,且起效迅速,安全性较好。但仍存在一定问题。对PPHN进行了概述,并对一氧化氮治疗PPHN以及iNO联合非特异性血管扩张药治疗PPHN进行了综述。Persistent pulmonary hypertension of the new-born (PPHN) is one of the critical diseases in the neonatal period. Its diagnosis, treatment, and care have always been major clinical challenges. In 1992, Kinsella successfully applied inhalation of exogenous nitric oxide on the treatment of PPHN at the first time, which opened up new methods and ideas for the treatment of PPHN. In recent years, the studies have showed that inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy combined with non-specific vasodilator drugs could significantly improve the therapeutic effect of PPHN, also it could improve the children's blood gas parameters and signs of pulmonary hypertension more effectively, more quickly and more securely. However, there were still many problems. In this article, the author summarized PPHN, and reviewed the treatment with nitric oxide and the treatment with iNO combined non- specific vasodilators on PPHN.
