摘　　要：KL厂氨化造粒机尾气烟雾处理无法达标,分析专业设计的文氏洗涤塔无法达标的原因。对处理烟雾的文氏洗涤塔进行设计改造。通过改造文氏洗涤塔喷嘴位置及增设喷嘴,烟雾被有效洗净,尾气排放达到环保标准。Based on the tail gas emission of ammoniation pelletizer in KL factory not reach standard,the reasonanalysis and transformation on venturi scrubber are carried out. Through transforming the nozzle position andadditional nozzle,the tail gas is washed effectively,the tail gas emission achieves environmental protectionstandard.
