摘 要:根据皮尔格轧机的轧制原理及特点,利用DEFORM-3D软件建立了皮尔格热轧45号钢与316不锈钢复合钢管轧制的有限元模型。完整的模拟了从复合管坯到成品复合管的热轧过程。根据仿真结果,分析了皮尔格热轧复合管坯的过程中,各阶段双层金属壁厚的演变规律、头尾部质量原因、各阶段双层金属管金属流动变化规律、及内外管等效应力分布规律,为实际生产和理论研究提供了指导依据。According to the rolling principle and characteristics of pi lger rolling mill, the finite element model of pilger hot-rolled 45 steel and 316 stainless composite steel tube was established by using DEFORM-3D software. The complete simulation of the hot rolling process from the composite pipe to the finished composite pipe is conducted.According to the simulation results, in the process of pilger hot rolling pipe billet, this paper analyzes the evolutionlaw of double layer metal wall thickness in every stage, the quality of the head and tail, the change rule of metal flow in double layer metal tubes at different stages, and the distribution law of the equivalent stress of the inner and outertubes, providing guidance basis for practical production and theoretical research.
