摘 要:振动特性是反映结构动力响应的重要参数。它不受外加荷载的影响,仅与结构本身的形式、尺寸、材料有关。模态分析可以确定结构的振动特性,包括自振频率、周期和振型。为了防止结构在外加载荷的作用下发生共振,在有限元软件ANSYS中采用Block Lanczos模态提取法,对太原重工股份有限公司开发的60-110E半移动破碎站进行了模态分析,以此来判断破碎站钢结构的整体布置是否合理,以及整体刚度是否满足要求。Vibration characteristic is an important parameter to reflect dynamic response of structure. It is not affected by the external load, and is only related to the form, size, material of the structure itself. Modal analysis can determine the vibration characteristics of the structure, including the frequency, period and the mode of vibration. In order to prevent the structure resonance under the action of external load, by using Block Lanczos modal extraction in the finite element software ANSYS, the modal analysis of 60-110 E semi-mobile crushing station has been carried out to judge whether the overall arrangement of the steel structure is reasonable, or the overall stiffness meets the requirements
