摘 要:按照降锰增硅方案,采用价格较低的硅锰合金、硅铁代替价格较高低碳锰铁,对370 MPa级低碳方案冷轧碳素结构钢的合金成分进行了优化。热轧冷却模式由前段集中改为后段分散。结果表明:采用降锰增方案后,热轧中间产品屈服强度增加明显,屈强比增加3%;试验产品经过冷轧退火后,产品屈服强度增加明显,屈强比增加4%,组织中出现了更多的硅锰复合粒子。最终产品整体力学性能优良,试验结果满足该产品相关标准要求。优化试验让该系列产品的合金成本吨钢降低75.3元,提高了产品竞争力,取得了较好结果。The alloy composition of cold-rolled carbon structure steel with 370 MPa class low carbon scheme was optimized by using low price silicon manganese alloy and silicon iron instead of high price low carbon manganese iron. The cooling mode of hot rolling is changed from the former part focus to the latter part disperse. The results showed that the yield strength of hot rolled intermediate products increased significantly and yield ratio increased by 3%. After cold rolling and annealing, the yield strength of the cold product increased significantly, yield ratio increased by 4% , and more silicon and manganese compound particles appeared in the microstructures. The overall mechanical properties of the final product are excellent, and the test results meet the relevant standards of the product. The optimization test reduced the alloy cost of the series of products by 75.3 yuan per ton, which improved the competitiveness of the products and achieved good results.
