摘 要:针对铸造起重机起升机构采用2套驱动装置且低速轴通过全齿联轴器刚性连接的结构形式,在实际生产中出现的制动不同步问题进行了分析计算,得出制动时冲击载荷的大小取决于两侧传动链制动器上闸的时间差,两侧传动链同步性越好,制动时的电机转速差越小,产生的冲击载荷就越小,从而为如何减少起升机构由制动同步性引起的冲击载荷提供依据,为提高设备性能提供了有益参考。Referring to the problem that it is not synchrono usly braking of the two sets of driving device of hoist mechanism on ladle crane, with structure type of rigid connection by low speed shafts, analysis and calculation have been done by this paper, and conclusion has been made that capacity of impacted load while braking is determined by time difference between brake holding on transimission chain on both sides. The better the synchronism of transmission on both sides becomes, the less the rotative speed difference of motors while braking will be, and less the impacted load will be, which provides basis for reducing impact load caused by synchronously braking on hoist mechanism and valuable reference for improvement of equipment function.
