摘　　要：主要介绍辊底炉点火控制系统,其中包括基于WINCC开发的人机画面,可控编程系统PLC400,现场终端点火控制器SCU460.D,配套的检测元器件。在生产间歇期,保温状态自动进入智能模式,智能保温模式根据下次投料的时间计算保温温度,实现节能降耗。This paper mainly introduces the ignition control sys tem of the roller hearth furnace, including the man-machine interface based on WINCC, the controllable programming system PLC400, the field terminal ignition controller SCU460.D, and the matching test components. During the production intermission, the thermal insulation state automatically enters the intelligent mode, and the intelligent insulation mode calculates the holding temperature according to the time of the next feeding, so as to realize energy saving and consumption reduction.
