摘 要:针对长方形直条式筛板透筛量大,透筛物处理工艺复杂等问题,优化设计了圆弧波浪形筛板,采用小直径筛条,使开孔率较大。并分析了开孔率的理论值和实际值之间的关系。筛条选用圆截面,有利于形成流线型通道,减少并基本避免了卡矸、堵筛事故;蓖条采用直线形结构,有利于物料导流。该筛板使透筛物大幅度减少,透筛物料对筛条的磨损程度减少,筛条使用寿命大幅提高。In order to solve the problem of rectangular straight bar type sieve plate such as large screen size and complex processing technology, circular wavy sieve plate was optimized. A small diameter sieve is used to make the opening rate larger, and the relationship between the theoretical value and the actual value of the opening rate is analyzed. The selection of the circular section of the screen is conducive to the formation of streamlined channels, reducing and basically avoiding the card gangue and screening accidents. The sieve plate greatly reduces the screening material, the wear degree of the screening material is reduced, and the service life of the screen is greatly improved.
