小金丸联合超声引导穿刺术治疗乳腺囊肿疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小金丹联合超声引导穿刺术治疗对乳腺囊肿的疗效。方法:选取我院的100例乳腺囊肿患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组行超声引导穿刺术,观察组在超声引导穿刺术基础上联合中药治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后囊液中炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α水平,以及免疫因子CD_3(+)、CD_4(+)、CD_4(+)/CD_8(+)水平,评价两组治疗后的疗效和术后并发症。结果:经治疗,两组囊液中炎症因子IL-6和TNF-α水平都较治疗前降低,免疫因子CD_3(+)、CD_4(+)、CD_4(+)/CD_8(+)水平都较治疗前升高,并且观察组患者囊液中炎症水平较对照组显著降低,免疫因子水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。在疗效方面,观察组的总有效率(94%)显著高于对照组(80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中药联合用药能降低患者治疗后并发症的发生率,安全性更高。结论:小金丹联合超声引导穿刺术治疗能从根本上降低囊液中炎症因子表达以及提高免疫因子水平,调理内分泌系统,消除囊肿,疗效较好,安全性高。Objective：To investigate the therapeutical effect of Xiaojindan combined with ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment of galactoma. Methods ：100 patients with galactoma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received ultrasound guided puncture, and patients in the observation group were given Xiaojindan called ruhesanjie tablet orally. The levels of inflammatory factors including IL-6 and TNF-α and immune factors including CD 3（＋）、CD 4（＋）/ CD 8（＋） in patients’ cystic fluid were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Besides, the total effective rate was evaluated in these two groups after treatment and the complications following treatment were evaluated. Results： After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors including IL-6 and TNF-α in both groups were decreased significantly, and these indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0.01）. Correspondingly, the levels of immune factors including CD 3（＋）、CD 4（＋）、CD 4（＋）/ CD 8（＋） in both groups were improved significantly, and these indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0.01）. As to the therapeutical effect, the total effective rate of the observation group（94%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（80%）（ P 〈0.01）. Besides, the complications following treatment in the observation group were less than those in the control group, though no significant difference, which suggested the treatment of Xiaojindan combined with ultrasound guided puncture could reduce the incidence of complications after treatment.
