摘 要:目的:对不同产地竹根七样品进行分析研究,建立竹根七药材质量标准。方法:鉴别竹根七的植物形态、药材性状、显微特征。采用TLC法进行定性鉴别。采用HPLC法(乙腈A-水B体系:0~15min,15%~23%A;15~33min,23%~38%A。33~40min,38%~100%A;40~45min,100%~100%A)测定测竹根七中Tupistroside E含量。建立竹根七的指纹图谱方法。结果:对竹根七的植物形态、药材性状、显微特征进行了描述。建立了竹根七的TLC鉴别方法,斑点清晰,分离度好,具有较好的专属性;根据3批次竹根七含量测定结果,Tupistroside E在2.85~23.00μg与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率均大于97%,RSD均小于2%(n=3)。不同产地竹根七(红河谷,汉中和凤县)中Tupistroside E的含量分别为3.078%,3.010%和3.724%(n=3),其中陕西凤县最高,红河谷其次,汉中最低。并建立了竹根七的指纹图谱,确立了15个共有峰。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、重现性好,可作为竹根七药材质量标准评价的依据。Objective:To establish the quality control standard for Tupistra chinensis Baker. from three producing areas and batches. Methods:Plant morphology, microscopic characteristics and medicinal properties of Tupistra chinensis were identified. TLC was used for qualitative identification. HPLC[Water(B) and acetonitrile(A):0-15 min, 15%-23% A; 15-33 min, 23%-38% A. 33-40 min, 38%-100% A; 40-45 min, 100%-100% A] were used to determine the content of Tupistroside E from Tupistra chinensis Baker. Results:The plant morphology,medicinal characters and microscopic characteristics of Tupistra chinensis were described.TLC was established to identify Tupistra chinensis, the spots were clear and well separated, with good specificity. According to the determination results, when the content of 3 batches of Tupistroside E in Tupistra chinensis was at 2.85-23.00 μg, concentration and peak area showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was more than 97%, RSD less than 2% ( n =3).The content of Tupistroside E in three producing areas were 3.078 %,3.010 % and 3.724 %( n =3), respectively. The fingerprint of Tupistra chinensis was established, and 15 common peaks were established. Conclusion:The established method is fast, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality evaluation of Tupistra chinensis Baker.
