摘  要:随着社会对环境保护意识愈渐强求,传统龙门化学沉铜因为使用大量络合剂、甲醛等环境不友好材料而引发许多诟病之处,水平化学沉铜愈来愈受到印制电路生产商的青睐。水平化学沉铜工艺在制程能力、设备自动化集成、环境友好、产品品质和生产效率等方面都有着巨大的优势。文章特针对水平沉铜工艺药水参数进行探究,通过对比整孔、活化、还原、沉铜参数的试验。寻找水平沉铜工艺药水最佳参数,为同行业在水平沉铜工艺流程参数控制提供一定参考依据,希望对业界工作者在水平沉铜药水使用上有所帮助。With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, and lots of criticisms posed to the traditional vertical PTH for it requirements of lots of environmentally harmful materials such as complexing agent and HCHO, horizontal PTH chemicals is increasingly favored by PCB manufacturers. The great advantages of horizontal PTH process can be seen in its process capability, equipment automation integration, environmental friendly, products quality and production efficiency. This essay is aimed to study on the parameters of horizontal PTH chemicals, to seek for the optimum parameters by means of comparing the parameters of conditioner, activator, reducer and PTH so as to provide reference in terms of horizontal PTH process parameters control for those in the same industry. It is hoped to do much help to the industry during the application of horizontal PTH chemicals.
