摘  要:随高频传播发展,材料对于讯号完整性影响越显重要,尤其手机讲究轻薄、组件配置密集.对天线的设计更是挑战。文章探讨以氟素软板为基材,使用印制电路板流程制作的三层天线软板,其氟素材料对电性的帮助与迭构设计对插入损耗的影响。此外,氟素有别于市场已广泛使用的聚酰亚胺软板,在印制电路板制程的适性、尺寸涨缩变化及成品的信赖性都是重点测试项目。With the development of high-frequency communication, the impact of materials on signal integrity is much more important. In particular, the design of mobile phones becomes lighter and thinner, and the component configurations are denser. These changes really make challenges to the design of antennas. This paper uses three-layer flexible print board which is fluorine-based as basic to research the effect of material and design on electrical properties. In addition, fluorine is different from the polyimide which has been widely used in the market. The suitability of the printed circuit board process, size change and reliability of the product are especially the key items.
