舒肝宁对慢性肝病患者肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的对治疗慢性肝病患者肝功能中使用舒肝宁的实际效果进行研究分析。方法选择2016年7月至2017年7月在我院进行治疗的慢性肝病患者共110例作为研究分析对象,使用随机数字法,将所有患者分为观察组、对照组两组。对照组使用肝得健进行治疗;观察组使用舒肝宁进行治疗,将两组患者的治疗总有效率、肝功能改善情况以及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素的变化程度进行对比。结果 (1)两组患者治疗总有效率对比:观察组中治疗显效人数10例,占比18.18%,治疗有效人数42例,占比76.36%,治疗无效人数3例,占比5.45%,治疗总有效率人数为52例,总有效率为94.55%;对照组中治疗显效人数5例,占比9.09%,治疗有效人数35例,占比63.64%,治疗无效人数15例,占比27.27%,治疗总有效率人数为40例,总有效率为72.73%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;(2)两组患者治疗后谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶含量对比:观察组治疗后的谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶含量与对照组治疗后的数值,两组患者无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在治疗慢性肝病患者肝功能中,使用舒肝宁有显著疗效,能够有效改善肝功能的损伤,促进肝功能恢复正常,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the practical effect of shuganning in the treatment of liver function in patients with chronic liver disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic liver disease who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research object, all patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with Essentiale; The observation group was treated with Shuganning. The total effective rate of treatment, the improvement of liver function and the changes of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the two groups were compared. Results（1） The total effective rate of the two groups was compared： the treatment group in observation group 10 cases, accounting for 18.18%, the effective number of 42 cases, accounting for 76.36%, the number of ineffective treatment in 3 cases, accounting for 5.45% The total effective rate was 52 cases, the total effective rate was 94.55%. In the control group, 5 cases were treated, accounting for 9.09%, 35 cases were effective, accounting for 63.64%, 15 cases were ineffective, accounting for 27.27%, the total effective rate of treatment was 40, the total effective rate was 72.73%, the total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group（P0.05）, the difference was statistically significant;（2） Atrazine, aspartate aminotransferase levels compared： the observation group after treatment of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase levels and control group after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of liver function in patients with chronic liver disease, the use of Shuganning has remarkable curative effect, can effectively improve the damage of liver function and promote normal liver function returned in the clinical treatment worth promoting.
