摘  要:介绍9.5R17.5 18PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径840 mm,断面宽228 mm,行驶面宽度172 mm,行驶面弧度高7 mm,胎圈着合直径442 mm,胎圈着合宽度184 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.93,胎面采用4条纵向花纹沟设计,花纹深度13 mm,花纹周节数78,花纹饱和度75%。施工设计:胎面采用单胶结构,1~#和2~#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3~#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线,采用两鼓成型机成型、蒸锅硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能、强度性能和高速性能均达到相应标准要求。The design on 9.5R17.5 18PR tubeless all-steel truck and bus radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 840 mm, cross-sectional width 228 mm, width of running surface 172 mm, arc height of running surface 7 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 442 mm, bead width at rim seat 184 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0.93, four longitudinal grooves as the main tread pattern,pattern depth 13 mm,number of pattern pitches 78, and block/total ratio 75%. In construction design, the following processes were taken: single compound formulation for tread, 3 X 0.20+6 ×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts, 5× 0.30HI steel cord for 3 belt, 3+9+15 × 0.175+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply, and using two-drum building machine to build tire and steam press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, endurance, strength and high speed performance met the requirements of corresponding standards.
