摘  要:硅油减振器作为扭转振动减振元件被广泛应用于船舶柴油机推进轴系中,文章提出基于模糊层次分析法所构建了硅油减振器匹配优化评价体系,通过计算与分析得到最合理的硅油减振器类型。对23 000 DWT散货船柴油机推进轴系进行理论计算与实船测试分析,验证了数学模型和计算方法的正确性;同时结果表明匹配后硅油减振器使轴系振动应力降低10%左右,为降低船舶推进轴系振动研究提供理论指导意义。As a torsional vibration damper, silicon damper is widely used in marine diesel propulsion shafting.In the paper, the matching optimization evaluation system of silicon oil damper is built by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The most reasonable type of silicone oil shock absorber is obtained through calculation and analysis. The correctness of the mathematical model and calculation method is verified by theoretical calculation and real ship test analysis of the diesel propulsion shafting of the 23 000 DWT bulk carrier. The results show that the vibration stress of the shafting decreases by 10% after matching, which provides theoretical guidance for reducing the vibration of ship propulsion shafting.
