摘  要:对于传统三轴3D打印机,材料只能在一个方向上层层累积,在打印悬浮结构零件时需要打印多余的支撑结构。而五轴3D打印平台可随时调整打印平面的方位,使打印结构的倾斜角度始终小于其临界支撑角,可避免添加支撑结构。通过对五轴3D打印加工工艺的研究,提出了薄壁回转体类零件的五轴3D打印加工指令的生成方法,并进行了实际设计与打印,结果表明本文提出的五轴3D打印方案有效可行。The current 3D printer is based on the X-Y-Z triaxial motion system,which enables the material to accumu- late only in one direction and needs redundant support structures to be printed when parts with suspension structure are made. The five-axis 3D printing platform can adjust the azimuth of the print plane at any time, so the tilt angle of the prim- ing structure can be always smaller than the critical support angle, which avoids the addition of the supporting structure. Through investigation into five-axis 3D printing process, a method of generating five-axis 3D printing instructions for the thin-walled rotational parts is presented and tested. The results show that feasibility of the method presented is verified.
