摘 要:针对传统的企业绩效管理效率低下,容易出现主观臆断错误的缺点,分析并设计了基于B/S的企业绩效管理系统。该系统运用ASP. NET技术结构作为整体架构,以SQL Server 2005作为系统访问数据库,采用c#语言作为系统开发语言。为使得系统结构清晰,方便后续的使用与维护,本系统设计采用了三层体系结构,包括有表示层(USL),业务逻辑层(BLL),数据访问层(DAL)。该系统以正态分布函数为基准,分析职员绩效打分是否合理,保证了企业绩效管理的公正性。最后,文中采用黑盒测试法进行系统测试。其测试结果表明,该系统实现了对企业人事管理以及绩效管理功能,且性能稳定可以投入使用。In this paper, the traditional enterprise performance management inefficient, prone to subjective guess the shortcomings of mistakes,analysis and design based on B/S of the enterprise performance management system. The system uses ASP. NET technology structure as a whole structure, SQL Server 2005 as a system to access the database, using c# language as a system development language. In order to make the system structure clear and convenient for subsequent use and maintenance,the system design uses a three-layer architecture including USL, BLL, and DAL. The system uses the normal distribution function as a benchmark to analyze whether staff performance scoring is reasonable and ensures the fairness of performance management. Finally, this paper uses the black box test method to carry on the system test, the test result shows that this system has realized the enterprise personnel management and the performance management function, and the stable performance can put into use.
