摘 要:以低速柴油机船舶推进轴系为研究对象,在对4叶螺旋桨单片桨叶与冰块相互作用激励力矩时域曲线基础上,得到螺旋桨与冰块作用的总激励力矩时域曲线和频域曲线。采用集总参数法和系统矩阵法分别构建轴系振动模型和振动方程,对未考虑冰载荷和考虑冰载荷激励力矩作用下进行轴系振动理论计算,同时通过实船测试验证未考虑冰载荷激励力矩作用时振动数学模型和理论分析方法的正确性,对降低船舶轴系振动和提高船舶安全性具有一定的理论指导意义。The paper takes the propulsion shafting of a low speed diesel engine as the research object. On the basis of the time domain curve of the interaction excitation moment of the 4-blade propeller blade and the ice block, the time domain curve and frequency domain curve of the total excitation moment of the propeller and the ice are obtained. The shafting vibration model and the vibration equation are constructed by the lumped parameter method and the system matrix method. The theoretical calculation of the shafting vibration is carried out without considering the ice load and considering the excitation torque of the ice load. The validity of the mathematical model and theoretical analysis method is verified by the real ship test without considering the excitation torque of ice load. It has a certain theoretical guiding significance for reducing the vibration of ship shafting and improving the safety of the ship.
