摘  要:利用电化学阻抗谱、动电位极化法及Mott-Schottky分析法分别研究了无载荷及U型加载状态下2205钢在不同静水压3.5%(质量分数,下同)NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)观察和分析了电化学测试后2205钢的腐蚀形貌及腐蚀产物成分。结果表明:2205钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中有较好的耐点蚀性能;随着静水压力的增加,其自腐蚀电位降低,自腐蚀电流密度增加,电化学阻抗降低;U型加载会降低2205钢的点蚀电位;在20MPa静水压条件下生成的钝化膜载流子密度最大,常压环境中的钝化膜载流子密度最小。The corrosion behaviors of unloaded and U-shaped loaded 2205 steel in 3. 5% (mass) NaC1 solution with different hydrostatic pressure were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, potentiodynamic polarization and Mott-Schottky method. The morphology and composition of corrosion products of 2205 steel after electrochemical tests were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results showed that 2205 steel had good pitting resistance in 3. 5% NaCl solution. With the increase of hydrostatic pressure, the free corrosion potential decreased, the free corrosion current density increased, and the electrochemical impedance decreased. U-shaped loading could reduce the pitting potential of 2205 steel. The carrier density of passive films formed at 20 MPa was the highest, and the carrier density of passive films formed at constant pressure was the lowest.
