“中国创办通信社之元始”——王荫藩与日华通信社

摘　　要：从可以确认的史料记载来看,国人自办通讯社肇始于海外,最早的一家是留日学生王荫藩在东京创办的日华通信社。该社成立于1908年,主要向国内报刊发稿。王荫藩是日本"国际新闻协会"的会员,也是中国"留日记者公会"的会长,他开办日华通信社后,有组织地为国内报刊采集日本新闻,注重报道日本对华政策的各种动向,揭露日本的侵华图谋。该社的创办,标志着国人开始运用通讯社这一工具开展国际报道活动。According to the documented materials that can be confirmed,the activities of the Chinese to set up a news agency by themselves started abroad. Rihua News Agency,founded in 1908,was the earliest Chinese-founded news agency,and its main business was to provide news to Chinese domestic newspapers. Wang Yinfan,the founder of Rihua News Agency,was a member of the International News Association in Japan,and also the president of the Chinese Student Journalist Association in Japan. After the founding of Rihua News Agency,Wang gathered Japanese news for Chinese domestic newspapers in an organized way,focused on reporting Japanese policies toward China,and exposed the ambition of Japan to invade China. The establishment of Rihua News Agency indicated that the Chinese began to use this agency as a tool to carry out international reportage activities.
