摘 要:文章介绍了采用芬顿方法处理低浓度络合态镍铬铜混合电镀废水的研究,主要通过加热及酸化将铬转化为六价铬,利用过量硫酸亚铁将六价铬还原为三价铬去除,再加入双氧水与硫酸亚铁生成HO…,将废水中络合态镍铜转化成离子态镍铜去除。这是一种简单有效的工业废水的处置方法,能有效解决低浓度电镀废水的处置问题。The treatment of low concentration complex nickel-chromium-copper mixed electroplating wastewater by Fenton process is introduced in this paper. Chromium is converted into hexavalent chromium by heating and acidifcation, hexavalent chromium is reduced to trivalent chromium by excessive ferrous sulfate, and HO is formed by adding hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate. The complex nickel-copper in wastewater is converted into ionic state. Removal of nickel and copper. This is a simple and effective method for the treatment of industrial wastewater, which can effectively solve the problem of low concentration electroplating wastewater treatment.
