摘  要:针对排放尾气中SO_2含量偏高的问题,结合装置运行中存在的问题,找出四点原因,分别是CLAUS反应配风失调炉温度偏低、酸性气温度高、胺液浓度偏低和胺液品质下降。在深入剖析原因的基础上,通过新增换热器、过滤器和优化关键工艺指标等措施,成功将硫回收装置排放尾气SO_2含量降至350mg/m3以内。In view of the high SO2 content in the exhaust gas and the problems existing in the operation of the plant, four reasons are found out, which are the lower temperature of the CLAUS reaction air distribution unbalanced furnace, the higher acid gas temperature, the lower amine concentration and amine quality. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes, the SO2 content in the exhaust gas of the sulfur recovery unit was successfully reduced to less than 350mg/m^3 by the measures of adding new heat exchangers, flters and optimizing key process parameters.
