摘 要:目前采用GB/T1884-2000密度计法测量原油密度时,为使样品充分进行热量交换而在恒温浴中静置足够长的时间,造成轻组分挥发而导致测量结果偏大;同时,实验员几乎无法实现手持规定的温度计或搅拌棒,持续垂直搅拌量筒中试样15-20分钟。特针对以上两个缺点,笔者研制一种原油密度计量筒搅拌测温装置。此装置针对密度计量筒形状的特点,在满足GB/T1884-2000的前提下,达到密度计量筒内部原油上下混匀,密度和温度都一致的效果。At present, when the density of crude oil is measured by GB/T1884-2000 densitometer, the sample is allowed to stand in a constant temperature bath for a long enough time in order to fully exchange heat, resulting in volatilization of light components and high measurement results. At the same time, it is almost impossible for the experimenter to hold the specifed thermometer or stirring rod and continuously stir the sample in the measuring cylinder vertically for 15 to 20 minutes. In view of the above two shortcomings, the author developed a crude oil densitometer measuring cylinder stirring temperature measuring device. According to the characteristics of the shape of the densitometer measuring cylinder, the device achieves the effect of uniform mixing of crude oil in the densitometer measuring cylinder and uniform density and temperature on the premise of meeting GB/T 1884-2000.
