温针灸结合蜡疗治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸结合蜡疗治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 51例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者均在经前6天采用温针灸结合蜡疗治疗,共治疗3个月经周期。观察51例患者治疗前后的VAS疼痛评分、痛经持续总时间及痛经症状评分。结果 51例患者经治疗后治愈8例,显效18例,有效21例,无效4例,总有效率为92. 16%(47/51)。51例患者治疗前、第一疗程、第二疗程、第三疗程后VAS疼痛评分分别为(5. 78±1. 52)、(4. 96±1. 80)、(4. 00±1. 64)、(3. 04±1. 84);痛经持续总时间分别为(8. 16±3. 94)、(7. 02±3. 91)、(5. 49±3. 25)、(4. 47±3. 34);痛经症状评分分别为(10. 25±2. 12)、(9. 17±2. 18)、(7. 70±2. 02)、(5. 77±3. 26);在治疗过程中,VAS疼痛评分、痛经持续总时间及痛经症状评分持续下降,治疗3个月经周期后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论温针灸结合蜡疗治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm-needle moxibustion therapy combined with wax therapy in the treatment on primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type. Methods 51 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold blood stasis type patients were treated with warm-needle moxibustion therapy combined with wax therapy from 6 days before menstruation,and they were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The scores of VAS,the total time duration of dysmenorrhea and symptoms of dysmenorrhea were observed before and after treatment. Results In 51 cases,8 cases were completely cured,18 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92. 16%（47/51）. The VAS pain scores of 51 patients before treatment,after the first,the second and the third course of treatment were（5. 78 ± 1. 52）,（4. 96 ± 1. 80）,（4. 00 ± 1. 64）,（3. 04 ± 1. 84）,respectively.The time of total duration was（8. 16 ± 3. 94）,（7. 02 ± 3. 91）,（5. 49 ± 3. 25）,and（4. 47 ± 3. 34）,respectively. The symptoms of dysmenorrhea were（10. 25 ± 2. 12）,（9. 17 ± 2. 18）,（7. 70 ± 2. 02） and（5. 77 ± 3. 26） respectively. In the course of treatment,VAS pain score,total duration of dysmenorrhea,and dysmenorrhea symptom scores continued to decrease. Comparing with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant after treatment for three menstrual cycles（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The warm-needle moxibustion therapy combined with wax therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.
