摘 要:基于贵州省高速铁路建设和旅游业发展现状,运用波特钻石模型,从生产要素,企业结构、战略和同业竞争,需求条件,相关产业及支持产业4个主要因素,以及"机会"和"政府"2个辅助因素方面,分析贵州省旅游业的优势和劣势。提出贵州省旅游业在高速铁路条件下的发展对策,即通过依托山地资源优势、深挖民族特色、实施对历史村镇的保护和旅游开发,打造"山""民""镇"精品特色旅游资源;通过完善基础设施建设、提升酒店服务能力、发挥大数据产业优势,提升旅游服务能力;推动旅游业区域协作,实现共同发展。Based on the current situation of Guizhou high-speed railway construction and tourism development, this paper uses Michael Porter's diamond model to comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Guizhou's tourism industry from the four main factors and two auxiliary factors, that is, production factors, enterprise structure, strategy and competition, demand conditions, related industries and supporting industries, as well as two factors of "opportunity" and "government". This paper also puts forward the development countermeasures of Guizhou tourism under the condition of high-speed railway, including relying on the mountain resources advantages to dig deeply into the national characteristics, implementing the protection and tourism development of historical villages and towns to create the excellent tourism resources of "mountain", "people" and "town", improving the infrastructure construction to enhance the service capacity of hotels and giving play to the advantages of big data industry to enhance tourism service capabilities, and promoting regional cooperation in tourism to achieve common development.
