乙氧苯柳胺软膏治疗寻常性痤疮50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究乙氧苯柳胺软膏和阳性对照药0.025%维A酸乳膏治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机、单盲、多中心和平行性的比较研究。将乙氧苯柳胺软膏薄层均匀潦布患处,1日3次,每天晚上临睡前皮疹处点涂迪维霜1次,疗程为4周,部分病例累积用药8周。结果:乙氧苯梆胺软膏治疗50例寻常性痤疮4周时总有效率为60%。治疗26例寻常性痤疮8周时总有效率为77%。0.025%维A酸乳膏治疗46例寻常性痤疮4周时总有效率为61%。治疗20例寻常性痤疮8周时总有效率为75%。8周内,乙氧苯柳胺软膏的不良反应发生率为8.00%,0.025%维A酸乳膏的不良反应发生率为21.74%。结论:乙氧苯柳胺软膏治疗寻常性痤疮疗效在4周、8周时与0.025%维A酸乳膏疗效相近,8周内乙氧苯柳胺软膏的不良反应发生率明显低于0.025%维A酸霜。结论:乙氧苯柳胺软膏可有效治疗寻常性痤疮,值得进一步研究与应用。Objective： To study the efcacy and safety of Etofesalamide Ointment and 0.025% dimensional A yogurt cream in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods： a randomized, single blind, multicenter and parallel comparative study was conducted. Etofesalamide Ointment thin layer of evenly spread the afected area, 1 days 3 times, every night before sleep at the rash spot smear cream 1 times, the course for 4 weeks, part of the cumulative drug use for 8 weeks. Results： the total efective rate of 50 cases of acne vulgaris at 4 weeks was60%.. The total efective rate of 26 cases of acne vulgaris at 8 weeks was 77%. 0.025% dimensional A cream was used to treat 46 cases of acne vulgaris at 4 weeks. The total efective rate was 61%. 20 cases of acne vulgaris had a total efective rate of 75% at 8 weeks. Within 8 weeks, the incidence of adverse reactions of Etofesalamide Ointment was 8%, and the incidence of adverse reactions of 0.025% dimen-sional A cream was 21.74%. Conclusion the efcacy of Etofesalamide Ointment in the treatment of acne vulgaris at 4 and 8 weeks was signifcantly lower than that of 0.025% - dimensional A cream in 8 weeks with 0.025% - dimensional A yogurt ointment. Conclusion： Etofe-salamide Ointment can efectively treat acne vulgaris, which is worthy of further research and application.
