摘 要:矿井主通风机是矿井主要耗能设备,因此在满足提供矿井生产时需要的风量、负压的前提下,应尽量保证通风机在整个服务期内始终在高效区运行。为了很好地适应在矿井生产过程中,由于工作面数量及巷道长度的变化而引起的风量和负压需求变化,保证通风机长期运行在高效区,文中给出了矿井主通风机主要的风量、负压调节方式,并介绍了适合各种调整方式的应用工况。同时针对矿井常见的几种工况,举例说明在不同工况下应如何设计风机运行方式,从而可以更好地保证风机在整个服务期内高效运行。The main ventilator is the major energy-consuming equipment of the mine. Therefore, under the premise of satisfying the air volume and negative pressure required for the mine production, the ventilator should be operated in the high-efficiency area throughout the service period. In order to well adapt to the change of air volume and negative pressure demand caused by the change of the number of working faces and the length of the roadway in the mine production process, and ensure the ventilator is operated in the high-efficiency zone in long-term operation, the main air volume and negative pressure adjustment mode of the mine main ventilator is given, and the application conditions suitable for various adjustment methods are introduced. At the same time, according to several common working conditions in mines, examples are given to demonstrate how to design the ventilator operation mode under different working conditions, so as to ensure the ventilator can be better operated during the whole service period.
