摘  要:为了加强煤化工项目循环水冷却系统选型优化,从而达到节约用水、降低成本、提高经济效益的目的,选取了6种不同循环水冷却系统,通过水耗、电耗、投资和成本等对比分析,构建了总成本费用最小化的技术经济分析与评价模型。根据分析结果,测算了在满足同一冷却效果情况下,各冷却系统的总成本费用;选取水权价格、新鲜水价作为主要影响因子进行了敏感性分析,得出了相关结论。减少系统用水量进而降低水权总量是降低总成本费用的最重要手段,建议在选择冷却系统时,既要考虑当前参数和条件下总成本费用,也要兼顾未来水权、水价上涨对不同冷却系统的影响,确保系统节水效果与项目整体效益的优化协调。In order to strengthen the selection of circulating water cooling system in coal chemical projects, to achieve water conservation, reduce costs and improve economic efficiency, we studied the water consumption, electricity consumption, total investment and operating cost of 6 types of water cooling system, and built two tecbno- economic analysis models about minimum total cost. According to the analysis results, the total cost of each cooling system was calculated under the condition of satisfying the same cooling effect. The sensitivity analysis was carried out by selecting the water rights price and fresh water price as the main influencing factors, and the relevant conclusions were obtained. Reducing system water consumption and reducing water rights are the most important means to reduce total cost. It is recommended to consider the total cost of current parameters and conditions when selecting a cooling system, as well as the increase of future water rights and water price, so as to ensure the optimal coordination of the water saving effect of the system and the overall efficiency of the project.
