摘 要:为了得到综放工作面配风量与通风方式这两个通风关键因素对采空区遗煤瓦斯涌出的影响规律,以郑煤集团新郑煤电有限责任公司11208综放工作面为研究对象,建立了综放工作面采空区遗煤瓦斯运移CFD稳态计算模型,在验证了计算模型计算结果正确性的基础上,利用该模型对U型、U+I型、偏Y型、并列双U型四种通风方式下工作面配风量对上隅角瓦斯浓度、回风巷瓦斯浓度、风排瓦斯巷瓦斯浓度、总风排瓦斯量的差异性进行了定量化分析,研究结果表明,U+I型、偏Y型与并列双U型通风方式有利于控制上隅角瓦斯浓度,但采空区风排瓦斯巷存在瓦斯超限隐患,研究结果对综放工作面通过配风量控制采空区遗煤瓦斯涌出措施具有重大的参考价值。In order to obtain the law of the effects of airflow quantity and ventilation system of the fully mechanized caving face on the gas emission of the left mine in gob, taking Zhengzhou Coal Group Xinzheng Coal Limited Liability Company of 11208 fully mechanized coal face as the research object, the calculation model of the gas emission of the left mine in gob of fully mechanized coal face was established. Based on the verification of the correctness of the computation results of the calculation model, under different ventilation systems of U-tube , U +I-tube, inclined to Y type and paratactic double U-shape the differences of the gas-concentration in upper corner, the gas-concentration in air-return laneway, the as- concentration in the roadway used for gas drainage and total gas-concentration in gas quantity by air-flow in gob were analyzed by using the model. The results showed that under U+I-tube ventilation system, inclined to Y type ventilation system and paratactic double U-shape ventilation system, the gas-concentration in upper comer was well controlled, but gas-concentration in the wind drainage roadway in the gob had a high probability of exceeding the limit. The research results had important reference value for controlling gas emission of the left mine in gob by air quantity of the fully mechanized caving face.
