摘  要:介绍了QG浅槽重介质分选机分选块煤的优点。针对安居选煤厂动筛块煤排矸系统与末煤分选车间处理能力不配套,动筛跳汰机设备老化,分选效率低,维修成本高等现状,进行了以浅槽重介质分选机替换动筛跳汰机洗选块煤的改造,降低了块煤排矸系统的入料粒度下限,增加了块煤排矸的入洗量,提高了块煤分选精度,缓解了末煤车间的生产压力。安居选煤厂在浅槽分选机块煤分选工艺经过2个月的施工,拆除了原动筛跳汰机,安装了浅槽重介质分选机及辅助设备。现场应用效果表明该技术简单易行、可靠、分选精度高,经济效益可观。The advantages of sorting lump coal by QG shallow trough heavy medium separator are introduced. In view of the fact that the processing capacity of the moving sieve jig lump coal separation system is not matched with the processing capacity of the fine coal separation system, the aging of the moving sieve jig equipment, the efficiency of sorting is low, and the maintenance cost is high, the shallow trough heavy medium separator is used to replace the moving sieve jig, reduce the feed size lower limit of the lump coal reject discharge, increase the separation capacity, improve the separation precision, and alleviate the fine coal system production pressure. After a two- month construction of the lump coal separation process and shallow trough heavy medium separator were set up. The application practice of Anju Coal Preparation Plant shows that the technology is simple and reliable, which brings high separation precision and considerable in economic benefits.
