摘  要:分析了宽厚规格X70管线钢塔形缺陷的主要形态及成因。结果表明,带钢在层冷辊道上偏离轧制中心线和侧导板不能及时夹持和对中带钢是导致塔形缺陷的主要原因。采取清理超快冷喷嘴并规范侧喷角度以及提前侧导板二次短行程时序等措施后,X70管线钢塔形缺陷率由10.16%降至1.5%左右。The main form and causes of the telescoped coil defect of wide and thick X70 pipeline steel strip were analyzed. The results showed that the main cause of the telescoped coil defect was that the strip deviated from the rolling centerline on the laminar cooling roller, and could not be clamped and centering in time by the side guide. The telescoped coil defect rate of X70 pipeline steel strip was reduced from 10. 16% to about 1.5% by cleaning the ultra-fast cooling nozzles, standardizing the side spray angle and setting forward the second short stroke sequence of the side guide.
